Alarm bells are sounding in the heads of friends and family of 9-year-old Divine Andre Mbu, who was reported missing in Frederick.
An alert was issued by the Frederick Police Department on Monday, Jan. 29 for Mbu, who was described as being approximately 3-foot-11 weighing between 65 and 70 pounds with brown hair and black eyes.
The agency did not disclose where and when Mbu went missing.
